ISELLA ENRICO & FIGLI S.r.l., based in Giussano, in the Italian province of Monza and of Brianza, offers our clients a wide range of metal accessories, to complement your creations.
Isella is always up to date with the latest trends in the industry. Our metal forming machines use separate dies positioned one after the other. The sheet metal is moved under each die in sequence using specially designed pincers that are synchronised with the press. The potential of this technology is exceptional: it is possible to produce complex components featuring important cold bends and deformations, reducing both manpower requirements and wastage of raw material. Isalla S.r.l. always uses high quality materials, paying attention to galvanic finishes, certification, and resistance to chemical agents that is considerably higher than the average.

Deep Drawing

Drawing is the process that allows us to create hollow bodies from flat sheets.
The metal is formed and shaped by special punches and dies in order to create the customer's desired shape.

For deep drawing, we primarily use block dies fed by sliced discs of varying forms.
We also produce drawn products with high height/section ratios, even with strong materials. Finally, we perform edging processes to prepare the item for subsequent assembly operations.

We are pleased to inform you of our new service: machining of aluminium profiles

Our CNC workstation, with its movable vertical spindle head, can work 5 faces of profiles in aluminium, PVC, and wood, with bars up to 3270 mm in length. Modifying the work cycle allows us to handle bars up to 6540 mm long, for machining of profiles made of aluminium, coated aluminium, and MDF.

Processes we can perform: Perforating, milling, tapping.
